Curtis M. Williams II
Program Director
Curtis M. Williams II is excited to serve in this new role leading the Families to College program. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Africana Studies and a Master of Science in Public Affairs – Community Development from Rutgers University. He also holds a Master of Arts in Humanities and Social Thought from New York University.

Lydia Cruz
Mentor Manager
Lydia Cruz has been working for Families to College since July 2019. She lives in Vineland and is married with 2 children. She earned a Bachelors’s Degree in Social Work from Stockton State University, in 1987. In October of 2018, she retired from the Vineland Public School District, after 25 years of service, working as a Child Study Team Social Worker.

Kylee Bagley
Campus Center Coordinator
Kylee Bagley graduated with a bachelors in psychology from Rowan University in 2019. She first joined Families to College last summer as an EmpowerCorps coach and is excited to rejoin the team as Campus Center Coordinator. Kylee enjoys the finer things in life, including but not limited to: roller skating, board games, and a good cheeseburger.
