How do I join FTC?

Visit our Campus Center! Or, give us a call at (856) 265-5569. You can also email Luz at luz@unitedadvocacygroup.org.

 

What do I need to join?

Just bring your family! An FTC family is 2 adults (at least 1 who is employed) and 1 or more high school students. If you’re not sure whether your family is eligible, give us a call at 856-265-5569, or email Luz at luz@unitedadvocacygroup.org.

 

Does it cost anything to join?

No – FTC is FREE!

 

Is FTC all work and no play?

No – we love having fun! Every month we host fun free activities for the whole family! Most of our events take place at the Campus Center, but we also invite our families to participate in fun activities at Appel Farm Arts & Music Campus, including Family Camp and South Jersey Arts Fest.

Does FTC host college tours?

Yes! FTC families attend our college tours for free! For upcoming tours, please email Luz at luz@unitedadvocacygroup.org.

 

Will FTC pay for my SAT/ACT exams?

Yes! FTC students take the SAT or ACT for free! For more information, please email Luz at luz@unitedadvocacygroup.org.

 

Is FTC only open to families in Bridgeton?

No, the FTC program is open to all Cumberland County families.

 

Am I required to attend the Campus Center After-School Program to be part of FTC?

No – FTC is a comprehensive program and the Campus Center is only one component. If you are not able to come in the afterschool hours, you can still be part of FTC!

 

Do I have to submit my income information to join?

No! We do not ask for your income information during the intake process.

 

What’s the catch?

There is no catch! We’re here to help you and your family achieve your college and career goals, and we’ll be happy to see you succeed!
